As a Project Coordinator at XReg, Rhoda’s primary role is to manage internal projects and to ensure that all deliverables are produced in a timely manner. She also works to facilitate the smooth running of operational processes and procedures.
Rhoda brings 11 years of experience working in the financial services sector to XReg. Prior to joining the XReg team, Rhoda worked as the Manager of the Prudential team at the at the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) where she was responsible for managing the team’s work and training to ensure an effective workflow process.
Before joining the Prudential team in 2019, Rhoda was a Senior Regulatory Officer on the Authorisations team where she was responsible for processing applications, dealing with changes in control and leading on introductory meetings with external parties. During this time, she assisted in implementing internal changes for the Legislative Reform Program (LRP) and was seconded to the DLT team for nine months to develop the internal processes and procedures for the newly established team.
