Ukrainian Refugee Employment Scheme
What are we doing to help?
On 24 February, Ukraine was invaded by Russia, leaving millions of Ukrainians without shelter. Following the emergency response, which addressed the immediate needs of the refugees and the drive to host community families affected by the war, XReg has launched its Employment Scheme.
XReg is dedicated to serving the wider community and populations-in-need. We aim to connect with community members and collaborate with service providers when implementing our outreach plans.
As part of our efforts to assist those suffering from the Ukrainian crisis, our Employment Scheme is committed to helping people fleeing the crisis in the Ukraine find a suitable job, resettle and rebuild their lives, whether that be in Gibraltar, Spain or elsewhere in the world.
In addition to offering employment, we also offer support with:
- Finding or providing child care
- Travel arrangements - We will fund travel from wherever you are based
- Housing arrangements - in Spain or Gibraltar
- Obtaining work visas and permits
- Remote working arrangements
- Mental health care
We will coordinate with experts from professional backgrounds to assist with any mental health issues. We will also provide health insurance and travel insurance cover to all employees of a Ukrainian background.
We have full time and part time positions available in project management, executive support and administration. If you are a Ukrainian refugee and feel that you could be a good fit for the job, we encourage you to apply by clicking the 'Join Us' button below!
